Pracovní expozice prachům vznikajícím v hutním průmyslu

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá měřením a hodnocením prachu s převážně nespecifickým účinkem (nefibrogenní prach) pomocí gravimetrické a fotometrické metody v provozu aglomerace ocelářské a těžební společnosti Liberty Ostrava a.s. V úvodních kapitolách práce uvádíme základní informace týkající se problematiky prachu a také charakteristiku provozu aglomerace, zejména podávacích stolů a spékárny Jih, kde se měření uskutečnila. Obsah druhé části diplomové práce tvoří popis použitých metod měření. Poslední část diplomové práce zahrnuje aplikace popsaných metod, vyhodnocení a srovnání výsledků měření a zároveň navržená opatření ke snížení prašnosti na změřených pracovištích.

The thesis deals with measurement and evaluation of dust with predominantly non-specific effect (non-fibrous dust) using gravimetric and photometric methods in the operation of the agglomeration of the steel and mining company Liberty Ostrava. At the beginning of the work there is a summary of basic information concerning issues of dust and characteristics of the agglomeration operation, especially feed tables (belts) and agglomeration South, where the measurement is made. The aim of the second part of the thesis is a description of measurement methods. The last part includes the application of described methods, evaluation and comparison of measurement results as well as proposed measures to reduce dustiness at workplace.
