Analýza možných vad odlitků pro stavební stroje.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současné situace ve výrobě odlitků pro stavební stroje na automatické formovací lince, za pomocí použití metody FMEA v organizaci Slévárny Třinec, a.s. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována charakteristice konceptů managementu kvality, plánování kvality a popisu samotné metody FMEA. Další část se věnuje charakteristice organizace Slévárny Třinec, a.s., využití FMEA ve jmenované organizaci a samotná aplikace metody FMEA, kde se analyzuje proces výroby odlitku pro stavební stroje. V závěrečné části se diplomová práce věnuje vyhodnocení výsledků, stanovení navrhnutých doporučených opatření, na které následuje hodnocení stavu po realizaci navržených doporučených opatření.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation in the production of castings for construction machines on automatic molding line, using the use of FMEA in the organization Slévárny Třinec, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the concepts of quality management, quality planning and the description of the FMEA. Another part deals with the organization Slévárny Třinec, a.s., the use of FMEA in the said organization and the actual application of FMEA method, which analyzes the process of production of castings for construction machinery. The final part of the thesis deals with the evaluation results, the proposed measures recommended setting, which is followed by evaluation of the situation after the implementation of the proposed measures recommended.
