Abstract

The aim of this master’s thesis is to modify existing eshop with the purpose of increasing its order conversions and conversation rate. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes theoretical background related to internet marketing and its tools including auxiliary services as comparison shopping websites and Google Analytics. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the current state of the eshop and proposes changes. The following chapter describes the modifications made in order to achieve the objective of this thesis. The fourth chapter evaluates performed changes based on data collected by web analytics tool and compares the period before and after the changes were made.
