Ekonomická náročnost revitalizace kancelářského objektu na nízkoenergetický standard

Abstract

Master thesis "Renovation economics of an office building to the low-energy standard" deals with design of building adaptations leading to decreasing energy con-sumption of a selected office building. This thesis is focused on project documentation for these implications. In technological part of the thesis costs of renovation using target price budget is calculated and the energy performance certificate is elaborated both for current and prospective state of the building.
