Bezpečnostní aspekty při plánování rozvoje územních celků

Abstract

This thesis deals with safety aspects in planning the development of territorial units. It describes extraordinary events influencing urban planning and divides them to natural and anthropogenic factors for the needs of this thesis. Consequently, the text describes legislation concerning the problems of urban planning. It specifies tools for urban planning and urban analytical underlying documents. A SWOT analysis in the conditions of urban planning is explained. The conclusion includes the assessment of an influence of the urban planning analytical documentation, a SWOT analysis and a regulatory plan as a means for eliminating risks in the process of urban planning.
