Analýza vybraných bankovních produktů pro malé a střední podniky v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou bankovních produktů určených pro malé a střední podniky v České republice. V rámci této analýzy jsou porovnávány vybrané bankovní účty a kreditní karty. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím vícekriteriálního rozhodování stanovit nejvhodnější banku nabízející kombinaci těchto dvou produktů. Práce je zaměřena na bankovnictví, segment malých a středních podniků a vzájemné propojení těchto dvou významných oblastí. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů a poskytuje teoretický základ pro praktickou část této práce. Metodická část je věnována metodám vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Praktická část se zaměřuje na aplikaci těchto metod při stanovení vah kritérií a hodnocení jednotlivých variant bankovních produktů. Ke stanovení vah kritérií byly použity Bodovací metoda, Metoda prostého párového porovnání a Saatyho metoda. Následné hodnocení variant bylo provedeno na základě metody WSA a metody TOPSIS. Výsledky získané použitím různých metod byly následně porovnány a na základě tohoto porovnání byla vybrána nejvhodnější varianta kombinace bankovních produktů. Touto kombinací je balíček Start Business od Komerční banky doplněný o Kreditní kartu Business od téže banky. Jedná se o vhodnou volbu pro malé a střední podniky, které potřebují jen základní bankovní služby a chtějí minimalizovat své náklady v této oblasti. Přínosem práce je systematické zhodnocení bankovních produktů pro malé a střední podniky a návrh kritérií, které je vhodné brát v úvahu při jejich porovnávání. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodování podnikatelů při volbě bankovních služeb i jako inspirace pro další aplikaci vícekriteriálního rozhodování v oblasti finančního řízení.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of banking products intended for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. Within this analysis, selected bank accounts and credit cards are compared. The aim of the thesis is to determine the most suitable combination of these two products using multicriteria decision-making methods. The thesis addresses banking, the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the interconnection of these two important areas. The theoretical part defines key concepts and provides a theoretical foundation for the practical part of the thesis. The methodological part is devoted to multicriteria decision-making methods. The practical part focuses on the application of these methods in determining criteria weights and evaluating individual variants of banking products. The criteria weights were determined using the Scoring Method, the Simple Pairwise Comparison Method, and the Saaty Method. The subsequent evaluation of variants was carried out using the WSA method and the TOPSIS method. The results obtained using different methods were subsequently compared, and based on this comparison, the most suitable combination of banking products was selected. This combination is represented by the Start Business package offered by Komerční banka, complemented by the Business Credit Card from the same bank. This option represents a suitable choice for small and medium-sized enterprises that require only basic banking services and aim to minimize their costs in this area. The contribution of the thesis lies in the systematic evaluation of banking products for small and medium-sized enterprises and in the proposal of criteria that should be considered when comparing them. The results may serve as a basis for decision-making by entrepreneurs when selecting banking services and as an inspiration for further applications of multicriteria decision-making in the field of financial management.
