Analýza interných auditov systému manažérstva kvality v elektrotechnickom podniku

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is an analysis of internal audits of the quality management system in an electrotechnical company. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze and value processes of internal audit in company and reach to particular improvement proposal. In the first part of bachelor thesis are clarify terms such as the quality, quality management system and ist auditing and detailed description of internal auditing. In the second part is described electrotechnical company in which is system of internal audit analyzed. In this part are compared international standards and improvement proposal in cetain field, which was reached by exact analysis.
