Abstract

The topic of my thesis is Reconstruction of the Indoor pool, concrete indoor pool Vitek which was for many years an integral part of the Vítkovice industrial secondary and high school. The aim of this thesis is to formulate a business plan for building of a wellness center. The thesis is divided into two parts, in the first, theoretical, I wrote about the business plan and the most important theoretical conception related with it. And in the second part, I compiled a specific business project for building a wellness center in the area of Vítkovice industrial secondary and high school. I used the questionnaire method to obtain information about the interest of the local population in wellness center, SWOT analysis and in the last part I focus on the financial aspects of the project. In my opinion building a new wellness center has two key obstacles. The first one is to obtain financial resources for the complete reconstruction of pool area, and the second one is a legitimate fear of the lack of customers. Nevertheless, building of new a wellness center is possible to recommend.
