Abstract
This Bachelor’s thesis in the field of personnel management in industrial company deals with the design of a new concept for improving the system of personnel managing in the S. P. M. Liberec s.r.o. The personnel management system has been analysed with the help of company’s resources and from my gained experiences and praxis on my working position of personnel and financial head-manager. The opening part of the work consists of the company introduction, which includes getting familiar with the production program, strategy, policy, vision and with the company structure. The theoretical part analyzes the actual state of the personnel sources directioning in the company S.P.M. Liberec s.r.o. and it deals with the methods of searching new employees, hiring new employees, employment termination, the systém of training and rewarding of the employees. The aim of the practical part was to find out the satisfaction of employees and suggest optional changes on the basis of the information received from the questionnaire. These eventual ganges may lead to higher satisfaction of employees in the working area. The results of the employees‘ satisfaction research were positively accepted by the workers. The drawbacks in the field of training and forms actualization in the company were analysed as the most problemacit segments. The recomendations for improvements were given to the company on the basis of the analysis.
