Geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy v k.ú. Polička

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhotovením geometrického plánu pro vyznačení budovy v katastrálním území Polička.

Teoretická část práce se věnuje historii a technickému rámci tvorby geometrických plánů, zejména požadavkům vyplývajícím z katastrálního zákona a příslušných vyhlášek.

Praktická část popisuje postup měření v terénu, použité přístrojové vybavení, zpracování dat v softwarovém prostředí Geus a Geometr prostředí a samotné vyhotovení geometrického plánu. Součástí práce je také kontrola přesnosti měření a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the preparation of a geometric plan for the registration of a building in the cadastral area of Polička.

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the history and technical framework of geometric plan preparation, particularly on the requirements arising from the Cadastral Act and related implementing regulations.

The practical part describes the field surveying procedure, the surveying instruments used, the processing of measured data in the GEUS and GEOMETR software environment, and the preparation of the geometric plan itself. The thesis also includes an accuracy assessment of the measurements and an evaluation of the achieved results.
