Abstract

The aim of the work was to create an application that allows to detect (speed) signals in images. The application is created using Python libraries. The text of the thesis is divided into several main sections. In the theoretical part, the basic principles of the known object detection methods are explained. The practical part is devoted to the creation of a speed sign (signal) detector using these methods. In particular, methods based on the principles of machine learning and neural networks are used.
