Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare project documentation for the execution of construction according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by the amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on documentation of buildings. This project documentation is prepared according to the attached study, consisting of drawing and text part. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a new construction of an unbasement apartment building with three floors and nine residential units, while two barrier-free apartments for people with reduced mobility are designed on the first floor. The apartment building is located in Čeladná and will be used for permanent housing of persons. This bachelor thesis is prepared according to the scope of the assignment and according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on documentation of buildings. This project documentation is prepared according to the attached study, consisting of drawings and text. It also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof and a static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase, including a drawing of the reinforcement.
