Prostorová analýza změn rozšíření invazního neofytu rodu křídlatka (Reynoutria spp.) v povodí Morávky

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals of spatial analysis expansion changes of invasive neophytes (reynoutria spp.) in research area in Morávka catchment. On basement of GNSS mapping was created exploration analysis, which solves especially attributes acreage and coverage. From data was created next spatial analysis, which solves changes of occurrence plants knotweeds. Then is described processing of these data and store in spatial database. In context of diploma thesis is describe of web application The occurrence of knotweed, which displays areas with knotweed plants in research area. Is here eventually analysis, which solves of occurrence knotweeds in parts of research area and also in each distances from the Morávka river.
