Abstract
The aim of this work should be familiar with the concept of data mining and its subdivisions (neural networks, decision trees), and the possibilities of such an undertaking, or in conjunction with the CRM (customer relationship management) is an example of sales analysis, or targeted marketing. Furthermore, it is listed as CRISP-DM methodology that can address the data mining projects faster and more efficiently and less expensively. Another part of this thesis deals with data and data types, data sources or data classification.
