Zhodnocení bytové politiky a trhu s byty ve vybraných městech Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení bytové politiky a na zhodnocení trhů s byty ve vybraných městech Moravskoslezského kraje. Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku bydlení a trh bydlení. Blíže specifikuje segmenty na trhu bydlení, poptávku a nabídku na trhu bydlení. Je popsána bytová politika v České republice včetně jejich nástrojů. Část práce je zaměřená také na sociální politiku s vlivem na trh bydlení. V rámci praktické části práce je hodnocená bytová politika a trh s byty ve městě Bohumín, Statutárním městě Frýdek-Místek, Statutárním městě Havířov a Statutárním městě Ostrava. Je blíže specifikována dostupnost bytů včetně cenové dostupnosti nájemních bytů a podmínky bydlení ve vybraných městech.

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of housing policy and the evaluation of housing markets in selected cities in the Moravian-Silesian region. The work is focused on the characteristics of housing and the housing market. It specifies the segments in the housing market, demand and supply in the housing market. Housing policy in the Czech Republic is described, including their tools. Part of the thesis is also focused on social policy with an impact on the housing market. Within the practical part of the work, the housing policy and the housing market in the city of Bohumín, the Statutory City of Frýdek-Místek, the Statutory City of Havířov and the Statutory City of Ostrava are evaluated. The availability of flats is specified in more detail, including the affordability of rental flats and living conditions in selected cities.
