Návrh nových naučných stezek v Jeseníkách

Abstract

Thesis titled „Design of the Educational Pathways in Jeseníky“ contains history of educational paths, types of educational paths, their marking and diversity in the Czech republic. My work contains also original design of new educational path in surroundings of town Žulová (formerly named Frýdberk), which is located in the foothills of Rychlebské hory in Žulovská pahorkatina in North Moravia. This picturesque town is known for it‘s beautiful nature, historical as well as geological diversity, which is also described in this work. The designed educational path goes from Mariánské square in town Žulová, where is located pestilence pillar built in 1793, through former medieval castle Frýdberk, which was rebuilt to church of St. Josef. The path continues through stations of the cross on God’s mountain with pilgrimage chapel built in 1880, and then over National natural landmark Borový, where are situated many interesting rocky formations created by the longtime weathering of granite. In addition, the work describes an important locality Andělské domky, where is very rich crystal field.
