The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of documentation for a residential building to the extent of construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. A non-basement residential building with three above-ground floors and seven residential units is the subject, with two barrier-free apartments designed for people with limited mobility on the first above-ground floor. The second above-ground floor contains two spacious residential units with terraces. A particularity of the third above-ground floor is a small residential unit suitable for a student or a self-sufficient individual. Project documentation, prepared according to the assignment and Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. in its current wording, includes a technical report and drawing section. The bachelor's thesis also encompasses a thermal-technical assessment of the roof structure composition according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [16] and a structural calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
