Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the establishment and the emergence of fictitious companies with limited liability. The topic I chose for two main reasons. The first reason is that I live in a family where entrepreneurship is very supportive and the second reason why I chose the topic of the bachelor thesis is that in already in my young years I wanted to be a businesswoman. I never wanted to be just an employee, who has the obligation to obey orders of a superior. Bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, and these are the theoretical part and part practical. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis will be focused on the definition of basic concepts related to a given theme, further, they summarized the basic types and forms of business with a focus on business corporations, especially the limited liability company. In this legal form of the company will be defined by the individual terms that are company related, and hereinafter will be described the distinctive characters of the company with limited liability. Then will follow a detailed description of the individual steps that are necessary in the establishment and inception of the company. After the theoretical part will be followed by part of the practical. This part will be divided into two main chapters, the first chapter will be focused on the founding and formation of the company on the administrative side. In this chapter will be described in detail, how a person must proceed if he wants to start a company with limited liability. The second chapter will be focused on the business plan for the fictitious company.
