Abstract
This bachelor’s work deals with the calculation and evaluation of the Tumor Control Probability (TCP) which should be used as a model when estimating the progress of radiotherapy. The entire calculation is based on real data collected from the database kept by the Oncology Clinics in the University Hospital of Ostrava (“FNsPO”). The TCP model uses estimated parameters, the values of which were determined on the basis of the mathematic optimising process. Distribution of data in the TCP sets is characterised by two statistic charts and related TCP set descriptions. Two-pair T-tests were carried out in order to describe the data sets. The TCP guidelines include also an analysis of deviating values for the data sets.
