Abstract

This thesis deals with the economic evalution of investment project for construction of photovoltaic power plant family house on the performance of 2,52 kWp to compare two versions with each designed to evaluate which of the variants will be advantageous for the investor. It is a variant without the project, the owner of the house will continue to take all the elektricity distribution network and the option with the deployment of photovoltaic solar cells to generace electric energy for own consumption and any surplus will be further used in the distribution network. Based on the economic assessment was evaluated for the investor as a better option – option to the project.
