The content of this thesis is the design documentation of three-storey apartment building. The house is built with the intention of rental housing units. The building will be made of conventional building materials. The building is in Havířov - city. Part of thesis project documentation for building permit pursuant to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation, technological implementation of the basement walls a solution to organization, according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [1]. It is part of the construction budget and construction timetable.
