Transformace reformy sociálních služeb

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá transformací reformy sociálních služeb v ČR a je rozložená do pěti kapitol. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na historický vývoj služeb sociální péče, vývoj v období transformace sociálních služeb, legislativní vymezení a financování sociálních služeb před a po transformaci sociálních služeb. Těžištěm práce je zdůraznění koncepce zákona o sociálních službách, porovnání a zhodnocení ekonomických důsledků sociální ochrany před a po reformě sociálních služeb. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je porovnat a zhodnotit finanční dopady těchto změn na financování sociálních služeb.

The thesis refers transformation of the social service reforms and it is dividend into five capitols. Particular capitols are intented on historical evolution of the social servis, care, evolution in the age of transformation social services, legislative delimintation and financial social service before and after transformation of social service. The center of my thesis is emphasize law conception of the social service, comparing and evaluation of the economical effects of the social protection before and after social service. The aim of my thesis is to compare and evaluace financial impact of the social service.
