Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to increase traffic Grůň Hotel, which is relatively low off-season period. A key part of this work was the marketing research that was conducted by written polling. Based on the results of the survey and analysis were formulated final recommendations. On the recommendation of the hotel, would have a record increase in attendance.
