Administrativní budova v Polance nad Odrou

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the execution of the construction. The design of the office building is based on a pre-developed architectural and urban study. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a new environment connected to an existing production hall, serving the employees of the woodworking company. The purpose of the proposal was to create a valuable building that would perform well in regards to technical, economic as well as aesthetic aspects. The mass of the building was designed to fit into the context and not to interfere with the character of the surrounding area of Ostrava - Polanka nad Odrou. The administrative building is designed for parcels 72/8 and 72/9, the cadastral territory of Ostrava - Polanka nad Odrou. The proposed building is without a cellar, three-storey, and detached. The diploma thesis consists of text part and drawing part. These parts are developed in accordance with Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on building documentation. Part of the thesis is a thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy label of the building envelope, evaluated according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011).
