Abstract

Diploma thesis aims to create an innovative proposal for security in the building cultural house, including the assessment of economic cost, based on an assessment of the current security and the risks involved. The theoretical part is devoted to legislation relating to the protection of people and property and a description of the individual components of physical protection. The practical part includes a description of the object of cultural house and risk assessment, which include risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation and then follow propose new measures.
