Abstract
The subject of this thesis was the development of project documentation for the construction project proposed building the Community centre. This is a three-storey building with two floors and a basement. Enclosed space is 11 520 m3.
The result is detailed design layout, system design and layers of envelopes. The project includes a technical assessment of the thermal building envelope and label the envelope of the building.
