Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the business environment in the Czech Republic, to provide a comprehensive overview of the steps and obligations that potential entrepreneurs must fulfil when setting up a limited liability company and to show what a business plan for a company may look like.

In the first chapter, the business environment of the Czech Republic was introduced with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. A thorough treatment of the definitions and legal forms of entrepreneurship showed how important a role SMEs play in the country's economy, which is confirmed by the statistics included in this chapter.

The second chapter provided a comprehensive view of the specifics and obligations associated with the establishment of a limited liability company. The whole process of incorporation has been described in detail, from the legal regulations to the necessary documents, allowing potential entrepreneurs to better understand the complexity and commitment of the process.

The third chapter highlighted the importance of a well-structured business plan, which is essential for the successful establishment and subsequent management of a company. The business plan of CustomControllers Ltd included an introduction, management, operational plan, marketing of the company and its financial strategy. From this plan, the reader can find out everything they need to know about the company.

In Chapter Four, the main focus was on evaluating the viability of the established company. This analysis proved to us that the company is able to get into positive numbers and hence profitability.

In conclusion, the establishment of a limited liability company in the Czech Republic is a process full of challenges but also opportunities. The Bachelor's thesis has provided a comprehensive guide that should enable potential entrepreneurs to better navigate the process of starting their business and increase the likelihood of their success in the market.
