Abstract
This Bachelor thesis is aimed for competitive strengh analysis
of Moutain hotel TATRA.The first chapter describes and introduces importatn definitions and basic concepts which are necessary
for understandig next continuity. Next chapter describes hotels services, place of business competitive hotels. The last chapter is composed of swot-analysis and questionaire evaluation. At the end I advise some councils, which will help with enhancing the hotel.
