Občanské pojištění České pojišťovny, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce umožňuje laické veřejnosti základní orientaci v oblasti pojišťovnictví se zaměřením na občanské pojištění. Tato práce seznamuje občany s nejprodávanějšími produkty – pojištěním staveb a domácností, které nabízí Česká pojišťovna, a.s. V rámci konkurenčního srovnání je u pojišťoven KOOPERATIVA, ČSOB, GENERALI a UNIQUA provedena analýza silných a slabých stránek, které moho ovlivnit klienta při rozhodování o akceptaci nabídky. Na základě častých stížností klientů v případě likvidace pojistné události byla provedena analýza chyb v pojištění, které byly diferencovány dle odpovědných subjektů.

This Diploma Thesis is supposed to let the public know about basic orientation in the field of insurace with particular focus on civil insurance. This work introduces people with the best-sold products – buildings and household insurance, which are offered by Česká pojišťovna, a.s. In the framework of comparison with KOOPERATIVA, ČSOB, GENERALI and UNIQUA there is an analysis of strong and weak points included which might influence a potential client while deciding about acceptance of the offer. On the basis of clients‘ complaints about claim settlement the analysis of mistakes in insurance was made and those mistakes were differed according to responsible subjects.
