Abstract

The topic of my thesis is a change of use of one of the buildings in the castle precinct in Bzenec. A proposal is made for a conversion of the unused building of the castle into a hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor and a wine bar in the basement. The proposal is made in three variants for a new use of the currently unused areal. The variants differ in respect to supply and transport, and further in respect to front of the castle improvements and the new use of the buildings. The final version, including economic evaluation, is elaborated within the specified range into the text and the drawing part. The requirements for a barrier-free use of the buildings are also taken into account in the final version.
