Abstract

This bachelor´thesis deals with the topic of the status analysis of a selected process and its improving using suitable methods and tools. Basic methods and tools for improving the process are described in the theoretical part. The practical part contain introducing an organization, analyzing their current situation and implementation of the 5S approach in a selected workplace. The conlusion includes the evaluation and the description of the benefits of implemented changes
