Analýza zdrojů vody k hašení požárů vybraných obcí na okrese Zlín

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a popis současného stavu zdrojů vody pro hašení ve vybraných obcích na okrese Zlín. V první části jsou popsány právní předpisy, týkající se této problematiky, rozdělení zdrojů vody a charakteristika zdrojů vody k hašení požáru na analyzovaném území. V další části jsou popsány vybrané obce, stávající zdroje vody k hašení požáru, zhodnocení jejich stavu. V rámci měření prověřena vydatnost požárních hydrantů. Bakalářská práce navrhuje zlepšení současného stavu a poslouží také k aktualizaci obecně závazné vyhlášky požárního řádu obce.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and description of the current state of water sources for firefighting in selected municipalities in the Zlín district. The first part describes the legal regulations related to this issue, the distribution of water sources and the characteristics of water sources for firefighting in the analyzed area. In the next part, selected municipalities, existing sources of water for fire fighting, and an evaluation of their condition are described. As part of the measurement, the capacity of fire hydrants was checked. The bachelor's thesis proposes an improvement of the current situation and will also serve to update the generally binding ordinance of the municipality's fire regulations.
