Územní studie Kravaře - lokalita ul. Lelkova

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem zástavby rodinnými domy dané lokality. Nejdříve jsou uvedená základní teoretická východiska zaměřující se na legislativní pojmy a obecné požadavky na umisťování staveb. Dále jsou shrnuté poznatky o obci a řešeném území. Na těchto poznatcích jsou vypracovány urbanistické návrhy ve třech variantách s vazbou na územní plán a okolí obce. Jedna z těchto variant byla vybrána jako prioritní. Ve vybrané variantě je dále rozpracován a řešen návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Součástí bakalářské práce je textová část, grafická část (výkresy s rozborem dané problematiky) a orientační propočet nákladů vybrané varianty pro případnou realizaci.

This thesis deals with the design of the urban development of family homes of the area. First, are the basic theoretical background, focusing on legislative concepts and general requirements for the placement of buildings. Furthermore, summarizes the findings of the village and the investigated area. On these findings are drawn urban designs in three variants linked to the land use plan and around the village. Each of these options has been selected as a priority. The selected variant is further developed and design solutions for technical and transport infrastructure. Part of the thesis is the text portion of the graphic (drawings with the analysis of the issue) and an indicative costing variant selected for possible implementation.
