Interaktivní demonstrace principů výpočetní tomografie

Abstract

The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts. The first part includes a literature search dealing mainly with educational applications in the field. The literature search is followed by a brief theoretical basis, which informs about the basic principles of computed tomography and especially about the image reconstruction. The second part of the bachelor thesis contains the design and implementation of an educational application that demonstrates the principles of image reconstruction in the interactive form. The user interface is created in MATLAB. The application includes laboratory tasks that lead the student to learn and understand the principles of image reconstruction. The application can serve as a teaching material for biomedical students.
