Finanční porovnání variant obvodového pláště bytového domu v Prostějově

Abstract

The main content of the bachelor thesis is the financial comparison of the variants of the perimeter of the apartment building in Prostějov. For comparison, three variants of circumferential sheaths, the support structures of which are made of grounded elements from HELUZ, have been washed out. All variants are designed as non-insulated single-layer structures. The basic element of the first variant is the brick block HELUZ FAMILY 44, the supporting structure of the second variant consists of HELUZ FAMILY 2in1 elements and the third variant is made of HELUZ PLUS brick blocks and has a layer of thermo plaster. Part of this work is also project documentation for building permit, detailed description of individual variants, technological process of masonry of one of the constructions and thermal-technical assessment of each of the variants.
