Abstract Name of thesis: Collective Agreement in Industrial Company Name of diploma: Bc. Radomír Mikoláš The thesis is based on the matching collective agreements at three companies in selected industry and proposed optimization of a collective agreement for a selected company. Set of problems is focused on a collective bargaining by a human resources department. The first part is devoted to introduction to the problems. The second chapter analyse the background of the collective agreements. It is not only focus on a legal side of things, but also to managerial methods and access to the collective bargaining and the collective agreements. The third chapter is pursued to a comparison and an analysis of the collective agreements. The third part found differences between the matching collective agreements and it gets comments on them. The final section is described the suggestions and recommendations to improve the collective agreement at the selected industrial company. The topic of the thesis is actually from a view-point of the collective bargaining between companies and trade unions. The error of the employer in the collective bargaining may bring to pass large costs to the whole enterprise. The willingness of the thesis was evaluated the collective agreements and proposed the optimization that promote social peace in firm.
