Abstract
The theme of this bachelor thesis is the application of Poka-Yoke methodology in the production process. In the first part, the Poka-Yoke principle is introduced, explained and positive and negative aspects are considered. The objective of the second part is to present practical Poka-Yoke applications in company Röchling Automotive Kopřivnice, s.r.o. Process applications are presented with reasons why there were implemented. In convenient situations, improvements are suggested.
