Abstract
The diploma thesis is devoted to the different treatment of the constructions and heating systems in the blok of flats. It is focused on proposal of integral building, materials and it also reviews the construction in an aspect of heat engineering. Heating part is focused on proposal of particular components and equipment used for correct use of the heating systém. Alternative sources of heat, concretely solar collectors, are used as support for warming domestic hot water.The scope of this thesis is 63 numbered pages
