Analýza a návrh efektivnějšího systému BOZP v podmínkách společnosti Moraviapress, a.s. Břeclav

Abstract

This bachelor thesis generally explains occupational safety and health system and such system with its elements is further analysed in company Moraviapress in Břeclav in reality. Personal investigative results in the company are detected and presented by the chosen method of procedure – internal audit in amateur concept. These results are not only inspections of operation, technological facilities and areas but particularly company documents supporting level of OSH system, competences, rights and obligations of workers at all levels of control, risk management. Found OSH system and its level is confronted with theoretical grounds in accordance with legal and technical regulations and, if possible, update or supplementation of OSH system is proposed for its possible more efficient functioning. Thus, the bachelor thesis as an internal document may supplement safety policy of company Moraviapress.
