Abstract

The first goal of this bachelor work is to evaluate and define the role and status of tests from the special professional competence in education system of employees of the Municipality Uničov. The second goal of this bachelor work is to evaluate the approach to education management at the Municipality Uničov with regard to Act.No. 312/2002 Coll., officials of the Municipality and financial needs for the period 2009 - 2013. The first part of this work is focused on the characterstic of the public service and education of officials of the Municipality. The second part is about education of officials, particularly focusing on special professional competence, applied to the Municipality Uničov. It was found that Municipality Uničov respects regulations by the Act.No. 312/2002 Coll., and responsible approach to education. Fully meets the regulations of the Act about special professional competence.
