Abstract
This thesis is focused on municipal housing policy in Olomouc. The practical part will analyze the housing fund, which consists of a housing, the size and structure of the housing stock, some other tools, such as renting apartments, flats and profit housing. The conclusion focuses on design solutions for improving the current situation in housing on the city housing policy.
