Stanovenie hodnoty podniku zameraného na výrobu pre automobilový priemysel

Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on a determination of the value of an enterprise by using selected valuation techniques. The thesis is divided into six chapters, where the theory and valuation techniques of company are included in the first chapter. Subsequently, the basic valuation process is outlined. Third chapter introduces company – Služba Nitra, s.r.o., that is exclusive supplier for automotive industry based in the territory of the Slovak Republic. Fourth chapter is practical. It analyzes environment of the company by using PESTLE, SWOT and Porter's analysis of the five competitive forces. This chapter also includes financial analysis of the enterprise - conversion of ratios and the analysis of the assets and liabilities of the enterprise. Next capture is about determination of value. Firstly, financial plan for the future period has to be done. It is source of information for individual valuation methodologies. In the last chapter, on the bases of analyzes and calculations specific results and recommendations for the monitored company are defined.
