Technologický postup pro montáž předehřívací věže z pohledu BOZP

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a technological procedure for the assembly of a preheating tower from the perspective of occupational health and safety (OHS). Preheating towers represent essential technological units in modern cement production, and their assembly is associated with a high level of risk, particularly in relation to work at heights, handling of loads, and the use of lifting equipment. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the preheating tower, reviews methods and technologies for the assembly of steel structures, outlines the relevant legal and technical regulations applicable in the Czech Republic, and analyzes occupational accident statistics related to work at heights and load handling. It also includes an overview of risk assessment methods. The practical part is processed as a case study of a specific preheating tower assembly carried out in an industrial facility. It includes an analysis of real site conditions, identification and assessment of risks in individual assembly phases, and the design of a technological procedure incorporating technical and organizational OHS measures.
