Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on residues of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals in the environment. The theoretical part analyzes the cosmetics and pharmaceuticals product as the sources of possible hazards, their removal and also, the possibility of their analytical determination. In this part also the substances for practikal experiments were selected. The practical part of this work is devoted to the development of analytical method for the determination of selected compounds by using high performance liquid chromatography, isolation of selected substances from water and partial validation of developed analytical method. Experiments were carried out with a compound of the trivial name Triclosan witch is extended in particular as an additive in antibacterial soaps and cosmetics.
