Labour discuss about theoretical description of basics of geodetic measurements of horizontal and vertical shifts and deformations of objects, geodetic network point fields and surveying instruments. In the next part following is described the executed measurements of shifts and deformations of high voltage masts in the concert Elektrovod Žilina, analysis of the their accuracy, geodetic network point field, local coordinate system, surveying instruments, vertical setting out of masts, test process and calculation methods.
