Abstract

The subject of this disertation thesis is a solution of the technology stage of roofing for the home for the elderly in Ludgeřovice. The building was designed as a partly basement building with three above-ground floors with a flat roof. This work includes the preparation of the documentation for construction of the builiding, the technical report, the technical report of site equipment, proposal of machanical assembly, the control and test plans, budeget and time schedule. The objective is to compare the time and financial demandingnesss of the variant roofing with the green roof and the walking roof. This disertation thesis is a summary of all circumstances, valid regulations, rules and standards.
