Návrh na zvyšování materiálového průtoku klíčových výrobních zařízení

Abstract

This thesis deals with increasing the flow of one of the key binding machines in a printing company, Finidr, s.r.o. by implementation of some of the lean production elements. The aim of this thesis is to propose solutions to streamline work performance of the machine by elimination of the activities that don’t bring any value added. The theoretical part, based on the knowledge obtained from literature, generally introduces the concept of lean production as well as its particular elements. The analysis of some elements with application on the printing company Finidr has been made in the practical part of this thesis. The result is specific measures which can help to use the key binding machine even more efficiently.
