Abstract

This work is focused only on the purchase agreement under the Commercial Code, i.e. business relationships between entrepreneurs. The goal is making summary recommendations for entrepreneurs on proper performance of the contract, and practices that occur if the execution fails. To fulfill this goal a description and explanation of theories drawn primarily from existing legislation are used and also examples of practices that could be of help when concluding the contracts of within its execution. Such situations are emphasized in which contract can be broken as well as claims of the injured party being understandable in a particular situation.
