Abstract

In my bachelor´s thesis, I deal with the problems of corporate social responsibility. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, I define the concept of corporate social responsibility, I also describe the ISO standards relevant to this topic, subsequently I formulate the significance of corporate social responsibility in corporate management and, in the end, I inform about the methods of evaluation. The second chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the basic strategic areas of corporate social responsibility (profit, people and planet). In the third, practical part, I characterise the company of TROJEK a.s., and carry out an analysis and evaluation of the current level of corporate social responsibility in this company by means of the KORP method. In the fourth, also practical part, I evaluate the analysis of the current level of corporate social responsibility in the company of TROJEK a.s., and then I suggest improvement.
