Zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of a real investment. This investment is focused on the replacement of public lighting. The theoretical part will describe the methodology of investment decision making, parameters of investment evaluation, static and dynamic methods. In the practical part, the efficiency of the real investment will be evaluated according to selected criteria (net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return, simple payback period and discounted payback period) and the most advantageous way of financing the investment will be proposed.
